To consider

Elevator: Stylotel is arranged over 2 buildings. The main building is where all the Stylorooms live. The Stylosuites chose to live on their own in the second building across the road above our brand new Aviation themed bar, The Sussex Arms. Both buildings have elevators but for some rooms you may still have some steps after exiting the elevator (blame the Victorians, not us). In the main building just over half the rooms have step-free access. The maximum you may need to climb stairs is one floor. Guests staying in the Stylosuites can use the lift to/from the ground floor when the bar is open (normally 10:00-23:30 but subject to change due to Covid19). When the bar is closed guests must use the stairs to go up one floor (bypassing the bar) and use the lift from then on.

Deposits: If you do not choose to pay the total cost of your booking online, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If a booking is cancelled in line with the cancellation policy the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that all charges and refunds are made in British Pounds and if you use a card that is in a different currency the amount you pay may be slightly different from the amount you get back depending on the currency exchange rates at the time the transactions are processed.

Groups: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Groups of school children under 17 years old are not accepted.

A nice hotel with staff who couldn’t do enough for you.
The staff were all really friendly and obliging. Complimentary teas/ coffees. Lovely choice of hot and cold breakfast. Handy for shops, restaurants, pubs nearby. 10 min walk to Hyde Park
I stayed in a small room behind reception which was a bit noisy and had a bit of a musty smell.

In order 1/Great manager, took a liking, really helpful forced on customers - I liked him and he was magnificant and has a customer focus which is not always the case with managers-extremely busy front guy. Thank you so much 2/ Location-Paddington is an ideal location- our go to in stops to London as so central, well located from Heathrow airport with transport services and trains around services where we went ,both North and south, has great tube and bus lines and feel pretty safe,Easy walk to Parks, I think we have stayed in Paddington area on holidays from NZ 6 times in last 12 years so we think highly of paddington as a tourist. 3/ Breakfast;Fabulous clean dining area, convenient access, great staff and smiling, good selection of foods, 7 to 10 is a good wide breakfast time !. Well lead by kitchen manager I think. 4/rooms-very tidy, pretty modern and have what you need, clean and comfortable-did what we wanted. rooms in London are not spacious as that is the norm for traveler on my budget-great to have a lift access to floors as no all facilities have this

Great short stay in a fantastic location with great breakfast & staff.
Location amazing & staff super helpful especially Rizwan who could not do enough for us on reception. Breakfast really good.
Was a bit dated & paying a premium for the date we selected due to the concert being on.

location was perfect for my work. breakfast was surprisingly good. location of a pub with complimentary beer excellent. best Turkish lamb at nearby restaurant.
the room could have been cleaner and the bed was uncomfortable
